What counts as a task?

One piece of work you hand to Andy, counted once when Andy starts planning it. Everything inside that task is included: the discussion, plan revisions, the implementation, the PR, and follow-up changes in the same thread.

What happens if we go over the included tasks?

On Team, every task past 100 is USD $5 and shows up on that month's invoice. Included tasks reset each billing period and do not carry over.

Can we change plans?

Yes. Talk to us and we will move you to the plan that fits your volume.

Do you charge per user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited people. Invite your whole team.

How do we pay?

Monthly through Stripe.

Are we locked in?

No multi-year lock-in. If you leave, you export your data and go.
